For All GetawayBoost Events, Subscriptions, Programs, & Digital Products

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in any GetawayBoost event, seminar, subscription, digital product, challenge, or coaching program (collectively referred to as the "Program") hosted by GetawayBoost ("Promoter").

By registering for or participating in the Program, you ("Attendee") signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections, you should not register for or participate in the Program.

Attendee Conduct

Attendees must be respectful and professional to all GetawayBoost staff, speakers, and other participants at all times. GetawayBoost reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program without refund if they are deemed disruptive, rude, unprofessional, or in violation of these terms. This includes inappropriate conduct on live coaching calls, in online community forums (e.g. Skool group, WhatsApp or Slack), SMS messages, or via email.

Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own safety, decisions, and actions. You agree to release and indemnify GetawayBoost Pty Ltd, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from all liability related to injury, loss, or damages incurred during or from participation in the Program, including any travel or live sessions associated with it.
